These terms apply to your use of SpritzWise (spritzwise.com), operated by C. Overduin, the Netherlands. By using the site you accept them.

What SpritzWise is

SpritzWise is a price comparison site for perfume sold by third-party online shops. We do not sell anything ourselves, are not a party to any purchase, and do not handle payments or deliveries.

Prices and purchases

• Product details, prices and availability come from the shops. We update them regularly and show when, but cannot guarantee they are accurate or complete; the price in the shop applies.
• Any purchase is a contract between you and the shop, under the shop's own terms. Questions about an order, delivery, returns or refunds go to the shop.
• We only list shops that take part in official affiliate programmes, but we do not inspect or guarantee their products. We are not responsible for the quality, authenticity or delivery of items.

Liability

We provide the site as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from the use of the site, from inaccurate price or product information, or from purchases from shops. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Intellectual property

The SpritzWise name, logo, design and editorial content belong to us. Product images and descriptions belong to their respective shops or brands. Brand and perfume names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the products.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site at scale, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are handled by the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
